At Tiny Toes, we strive to provide the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience to all our customers. However, for any reason if you’re not satisfied with a product bought from us, we’re here to help you out.

Our return policy for all the products sold on thetinytoes.in is as below:

Please note that returns will only be eligible for a refund if the product (with all its parts) is returned in its original packaging and is in unused condition. Also, please ensure that the product(s) is/are properly packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Once the product is received at our Returns Facility, a quality check will be performed on the same. Once approved, the refund will be initiated. You can check your return/refund status in the “Manage Returns” section.

A reverse pickup is available for most of the pin codes; however it may not be available for certain select pin codes. In such a scenario, you may have to send back the product via a courier of your choice or Speed Post. The return shipping cost for the same would be reimbursed - 10% of the product value or Rs.100/-, whichever is lower.


Refund Policy

The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product at our Returns Facility and the quality check and verifications are complete. The mode of refund will depend on the mode of payment used by you during placing the order.

  1. In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment i.e. credit card/debit card/bank account/e-wallet, etc.

  2. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, the refund can either be provided as <loyalty credit> or the refund can be processed to the bank account of your choice. Please ensure that you provide the correct and valid bank account details. Tiny Toes will not be responsible for transfer of funds to an unintended recipient.

  3. Please note, shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable. Also, the return shipping charges will be reimbursed, only once you provide us with the scanned copy of the shipping receipt with the amount mentioned.
